Because its position in mediterranean sea, Menorca island was a desired place for all countries around and also for England, that’s why there is so many defense building, anmunition warehouse and weapons all around the coast.

The biggest is Isabel II fortress updated with modern weapons until Spanish Civil War on 1940, included a Vickers 381mm canyon.

But prehistoric buildings are in whole island where most iconic is called “Taula” dated on 2000bc or “Talaiot” dated on 1000bc.
